Hello,
My base armor without the above mentioned affix is 14.000.
When I add the affix to necklace and change the form to werewolf the % total armor while in werewolf form is not counting in the total base armor which remains 14.000.
It was working fine prior last patches (not sure after what patch it got broken) and I could not confirm if it was fine in the PTR
