I have farmed over 4 inventory’s of legendarys, used 3000 orbs, trying to get the pulverise aspect and it’s not dropping, I am almost certain it’s bugged.
3000 orbols is not that much. Were you also certain you were gambling an item slot that can roll the pulverize aspect?
Some aspects only drop on certain items, or have higher chance to drop on certain items.
You should check google what item is the best to farm through obols, helltides or tree chests.
I’d just like to mention that while I have no proof of this actually being a thing I would try rotating the areas you do content from hour to hour. I noticed 2 odd things while leveling and collecting legendaries. The first was that my aspect drop pool appeared to be getting bigger as I rose in levels all the way up to level 50. The second was that aspects I would be hunting for seemed to favor some maps over others. I didn’t start making the connection until I was rerunning each map for completion
Again this is just anecdotal, but I was really looking accelerating aspect and runeworker’s conduit. I hadn’t seen either all the way up to level 57, but once I started clearing out Kehjistan I got 4 of each to drop all within the hour. It felt to much like a coincidence to be a pity timer. I then began to notice the same thing for other maps where certain aspects almost felt favored to drop there. That doesn’t mean others were excluded from the pool, just that I saw way more of 4 or so aspects than others while farming.
Now when I do content I make sure to swap the map I’m doing it in every hour or so to diversify my drops. You don’t even have to worry about it if your doing nightmare dungeons as they take you all over anyway.
Now at level 76 I currently have 2-3 pieces of gear for every legendary Druid and Generic Aspect in the game. In fact I’ve gotten so many I only keep max rolls now to save space. I actually just got a shockwave pulverize glove from Dry Steppes so maybe try dungeons there for a bit?

its certainly far more rare than a lot of aspects.
im level 80 and have only seen it a small handful of times
what does the Aspect do i may have it in my chest and not even know.
try respeccing, i didn’t see it a single time until 76, also never changed my build, i respecced to a tornado build this afternoon and have seen it 4 times. There’s clearly an issue with the smart loot algorithm.
I havent experienced that problem yet. The natural balance aspect dropped from orbols on the 4th roll. And I have every aspect for each piece of gear for my build.
I feel like you may be right, I’m probably about 15000 obols deep trying to get it with no luck, luckily I got 1 as a drop so I can still play the build. However I’ve noticed rolling both totems and gloves, seems to drop the same 5 or 6 aspects when it yields a legendary. It almost seems like the loot table for druids on these vendors isn’t working as intended
Some aspects are just rare.
That’s really it. I’ve seen Blurred Beast maybe three times? There’s another I’m looking out for now (can’t remember name) that I haven’t seen drop in over a week.
It’s just a thing.

Another anecdotal suggestion no way to prove this.
I started worh tornado. Saw many drops of shockwave.
At WT3 around level 50-60, I respecd into pulverize build. For that point on, i never saw a shockwave drop again.
I read in other form posts that if you respec out of pulverize it will drop. I thought it was dumb but it was an opportunity to try a different core skill so I removed my skill points from pulverize and into landslide.
Since then I’ve had 4 drop.
I have no idea if my luck for 50-60 to level 83 was absolutely horrid or if it is a bug related to smart loot.
Does the Balanced Aspect (not nature’s balance) actually exist, and where can i get it. Ive been trying for 79 levels with ovals and nmds. No luck, so i just want to make sure it really is there.
Same here and i’m level 91. Doing helltides and low level NM dungeons to maximize legendary drops and spending obols on rings.
To OP it is 1 of the harder aspects to get but it does drop. Spend obols on totems.
