RNG is not kind to you. I’m level 36 and have had somewhere between 6 and 10 drop between Act 1 and part of Act 2. I got 2 legendaries after the Act 1 boss fight.
That said, they’ve largely only been useful for a little while and then became trash. I scrapped a new legendary just a while ago to get the affix to put on a rare weapon that had better stats.
it will increase once ur higher lvl but 1 only at lvl 32 is either bad luck on ur end or u play tier 1 i started and played through in tier 2 now i am in tier 3
If that’s the case, then I think one or two legendary per 12 hours of gaming is totally fine. We are all used to dropping 100 legendaries per hour with Diablo III. Maybe this will be different in D IV endgame, I hope. So far, with low level questing, things are promising and rates are low.
I crafted protection aspect so that’s my legendary. Also salvaged 10 rares and only got like 2 or 3 rare essences, is that common? Also when I upgraded armor I salvaged the aspect’ed one (got a raw lether lol), but then I notice there is a tab to extract aspect from legendary at the occultist, so I messed up pretty badly resources wise
Fast forward to level 40. Tons of legendaries dropped since then. I am happy with this rate, maybe it’s even to high I’d say. Would mind it being lower by 25%.
T3 with tree of whisper caches and helltides, etc, you can just about choose when and how you want a legendary item. Also you have enough mats and codex items to just make whatever you need whenever you want. And the sacred rares are really nice on their own or imprinted. Just hang in there a few more levels and you’ll get more than you want. Immediately can tell the difference.
