But let me guess your next reply is there are only 2 people in your guild and have 1 friend and non of them have social media accounts or go on reddit or twitter.

No there is not a list from Blizzard. If there were you and millions of other people would have already quit the game knowing that only 6 have dropped over a 1 month timeframe even though millions of people are playing this game everyday killing monsters level 85+
We have confirmed drops through screenshots of Korean players and I think some from EU but I would have to pull the posts up for you to see each individual one that was posted on reddit & twitter and are 100% CONFIRMED dropped. Out of Millions of people it is safe to assume if 1% got 1 of them to drop then 1% of 2million is 20,000 of them should have dropped by now.
Yet we have 6 I repeat 6 100% confirmed drops. There is a major issue here and its not a chase item at this point its a lottery ticket and we have laws against under age gambling in America where this game was made created & released. They need to fix it before someone sues them for putting in a lottery style item in a video game.
Cool, maybe blizzard stoped reporting after 6. They dont have a responsibility to report on anything to their playerbase.
No one knows except blizzard. Drop rates are fine, play the game, kill some monsters and maybe RNG will favor you.

Frostburn is pretty common drop and available from WT3. Its drop weight is 600,000 and Shakoās weight is 1. So Go figure.

Def need to up the drop rate to something more reasonable, or some way to farm them if you put in enough hours.
Naw, just play the game and kill some monsters. Drop rates are fine and the rest of the trading should be eliminated. Already getting fake friend requests for gold sites.
