My bnet launcher won’t go past 65% when trying to download d4.
Tried uninstalling bnet, deleting all d4 files and folders, bnet folders & blizz folders, clearing %temp%, %appdata%, etc.
Also tried booting in safe mode, and allowing bnet through firewall.
Anyone found a solution for this?
Same problem .Im stuck at 35%. It says Initializing… at 35%
I’m in the same boat. I’ve been searching for a few hours now on how to fix it, but i’m out of luck.
Just for additional info, played the beta and server slam. Deleted the server slam/beta files manually through the file explorer

Tried re downloading but now with the high res assets, it stops at 35%. Maybe there’s a fix in the 35% threads. Seems to be the same issue.
So its not only me, seeing its either 65% or 35% I guess its from their end.
I think its 35% when you checked the HIGH RES ASSETS and 65% if you dont.
Seems that it slows down to almost .01gb/5min for me when it gets to 14.85gb left. Says I can play at 66%. Currently at 66% now (14.68gb remaining. DL speed indicator suddenly vanished)
yeah same here at 35%
If you can ride it out, don’t end/pause the dl. It will resume again, but still very slow. probably because it is installing game files while patching

YES. finally. had to wait it out but it will prompt you to allow changes by update agent
so i just need to wait it out?

Not yet. i’ve tried waiting for almost an hour now.

I also have the same problem. Upgraded my PC to Windows 11 for the weekend and installation stuck at 65% 
Do you think we need to downgrade to windows 10?
