Don't understand something

I’m confused about how to get a horse. Is it that you have to finish ALL campaigns labeled Acts I, II, and III and then do “Donan’s Favor”. How do you know what campaign you’ve finished and how many more you have left?

Another thing I don’t understand is what gems to put on the right equipment. All I see is overpower, thorns, and other stuff that I have no idea what it means. At least Diablo III was much easier to know what goes where. Can anyone give me some idea of where are the best places to put gems?

Yeah, you are right. You gotta do all that up to that quest, then bammo free horse. Type ‘j’ and you will see a quest log. That will track your progress.

As for gems, either go with what you think will work or try out Maxroll or Icyveins for a guide/starting point.

Put gems in empty sockets. Most ppl use skulls in jewelry as resists dont work and armor is OP.

Most ppl use either rubies for life, sapphires for damage resist while fortified, or Topaz for damage resist while control impaired (for higher level dungeons), or Diamonds for barrier generation. Most all my builds use rubies. Life is good. For weapon u use whatever you can trigger reliably for more damage. Crit Damage while vuln is great for druid as they can trigger it so easily with glyph.
