after finishing act 3 campaign went to talk to Donan… well Donan’s favor doesn’t appear at all on my quests and doesn’t give me the horse or quest… (it happened while I was playing with a friend at the same time) she got the quest but I didn’t

My game crashed right when i talked to Oskar to get my horse. The pop-up about the horse controls and stuff didnt even appear when i talked to him again, and i dont know how to get the horse out. Theres no ‘select’ button on PC, so, i dont know. Thinking about getting a refund. And having to get technical support on the forums is like, good luck getting support from Blizzard.

Same here. Completed the campaign thinking, “Oh, maybe the articles saying you get it in the beginning of Act III are wrong! Maybe I’ll get it in a side-quest in the end game,” and here my wife and I are, steed-less, having trudged through the swamps and deserts for hours, and possibly unable to ever get mounts on these characters. Ugh.

Same problem, didn’t receive the quest, but my buddies did. What can we do about it?
Same problem here. Started the campaing from the beginning with a friend (he’s always the party leader) and yesterday, we finished Act III. After that, he got the quest “Donan’s favor” and I haven’t. I am at Act I on my personal progression. But I’ve already completed Act I - III with my friend. So, this is a clear bug they must fix.

Fix #### Bypass to make it work and Receive Donans Favor Quest
So I was playing with my friend and I was primary party leader, I was able to get the quest to unlock Horse for Donans favor but she could not, So I tried another character that was close to that quest but I just knew Donan would be somewhere to try opening dialogue did not work. Proceeded to do her quests because Act I was still acting like it wasn’t completed, progression happened for her but nothing further continued into ACT V and I was leader again at this point, She got an error saying she got no reward and and ineligible again. I disbanded party and relogged her character at this point and Act IV came up for Donans Favor and he was back in the cathedral.
Long story short, Progress on friends/Non Horsed account “catching up the act” go back to the Horsed account progress till it errors disband party and go to character select and back.
Same thing for me… no fix for now…
Ive got the same issue. We finished Act 3 the partyleader could finish donan’s quest and received the mount. I gave Donan the letter and after that i got the quest to start from act 1. Pretty sad
When you are in a party, the quests only count for the party leader.
