Does the Decrepify invoked by Wat rune benefit from the Decrepify from Necro’s skill tree?

1. Does it get bonus from the Decrepify skill level in the skill tree?
2. If I choose the “Abhorrent Decrepify” node in the skill tree, does it mean Wat rune Decrepify will get the bonus of both nodes (Abhorrent & Horrid) when it is invoked?

Yes and extremely easy to test, equip the rune and have abhorrent upgrade and notice the CDR effects.

for your first question I have not tested, but I would also assume yes.
