I currently have 32% increased resource generation from both of my rings, but I don’t notice any difference when attempting to synergize it with generating resource from aspects, skills, or gear that generate any resource?
Your base energy generation is 8, +32% should give you 10 energy per second.
It does very little.
Innervation + lucky hit chance provide you more resource generation due to multiple enemies hit of procing it.
