Does inner beast work with insatiable fury ? Because seems like it works only first time u use shapeshift skill then it does nothing ? thats so trash…
You’ve got the right of it. You have to shapeshift repeatedly for it to trigger. The Shapeshifter glyph works the same way.
You sure? Because things like the Passive skill Bestial Rampage appear to be repeatedly triggered as if Insatiable Fury is effectively re-casting the Wearbear shapeshift every second.

Inner Beast reads - After Shapeshifting, your Spirit costs are reduced by 10% for 5 seconds, up to 30%.
It’s the first part that matters. If you have one of the “x is now your true form” it doesn’t repeatedly trigger because you aren’t actively shapeshifting.
On another note, with a 16 day old bump maybe you should be EZNecro instead 
I just think that legendary powers like this are uninspired. It is legendary. One of a kind, coveted by most, in build defining. It is literally only build defining for those that are stance dancing. That makes it coveted by some, and based off of balance mostly undesirable and somewhat unachievable. Oddly good for leveling, but not good at the point of the game where you would need something like this most.
I am Furiously disappointed in the lack of creativity shown in the building of characters in this game. Still EZBarb <3
