Does fortify count as healing?

Question is the title, does fortify count as healing?

If I have a helm with +30% healing will that increase my fortify procs by 30% efficiency as well?

I know it will increase my healing procs by 30% but what about fortify specifically??

I haven’t upgraded my health potion once yet this season and I’m in wt4 because of healing :3

LOL no.

Have you played Diablo 4 previously? Seems like all you’ve done over the past year is look for non-existent cows, and you’re just now discovering there’s an actual game to play.

Says you. I got over 100 lv 100 ears in season 2. I fought 4v1’s and won.

People requested my build info.

One of the tankiest sorcs that existed and I wasn’t using Selig. And I had a selig to use but my amulet was too lit to give up. Max armor roll. Max int% roll. Max Resource gen roll/cooldown roll forget which And max defensive ranks roll.

Translated into my flame shield being up a lot more often than people who took ranks to core skills on amulet.

Flame shield is everything. Damage doesn’t even matter when you can have a permanent flame shield almost always. And have such high DR you almost don’t even need a permanent flameshield.

It would seem like you only need one or the other but having both over lap makes a true PvP god.
