Does Flamescar Exist?

I have a Level 85 Seasonal Sorcerer and a Level 78 Eternal Sorcerer and have yet to find a Flamescar. I just want to play a janky Incinerate build but every single unique that drops is the Staff of Endless Rage. I got 2 of them within an hour today and Have gotten probable 10-15 of them total.

Has anyone gotten it recently? I just want to know if they actually exist or if the drop is bugged.

I’ve got like 5 in the stash from pre-season.

Yes, I’ve seen it once or twice this season and once before this season.

I have gotten it multiple times in Eternal and S1. I sold all of them
