For instance, if I use Tidal Aspect and Ultimate Shadow Aspect, this will give me 3 Blood Waves in one cast, and they will leave Desecrated Ground.
Will there be three carpets of Desecrated Ground, or will there only be one? If I use Blood-Soaked Aspect and fly through the Tidal Wave’s desecrated Ground, will there be extra desecrated ground from the Blood-Soaked Aspect that stacks damage?

Okay just an update for those looking to experiment with this.
Desecrated Ground DOES NOT STACK I tested it with the training dummy using Tidal Ring on and off, damage was exactly the same each time. So you don’t get triple desecrated ground from the Tidal Ring.

It’s possible it still stacks with Blood Mist Desecrated Ground and Sever Desecrated Ground, but did not bother testing that as the damage output of those two is puny compared to the Tidal Wave of Poop.
usually placeable DoT instances must be stacked as diminishing way like ‘each instance effectiveness decreases to 75%’. without this, kills most of build variations by design.
I don’t know why it does not work for that guy, but works for me. Probably because he plays on pussycore… When I played with desecrated grounds I see increased damage. BTW this guy is too blind to see that it actually stacked. How do I know? Because the DoT triggered slower than the second desec ground effect. He first sees the server reaper direct damage, then the reaper returns with second desec effect and shows double damage (40k), When the first desec ground expires you see twice less the damage from the second desec ground (20k). Tell this person Zeiss says “Hi!” and that he needs to look more carefully before speaking crap to people. You softcore people will never learn, I guess… Again. I watched it frame by frame and confirm DESECRATED GROUND EFFECTS DO STACK,
So you’re saying it stacks by increasing the tick rate? That’s interesting because the tick rate is fixed on the server-side and happens twice per second for each and every dot.
Go ahead and try it with ultimate shadow blood wave. Test it with and without tidal aspect. You’ll be surprised.
I will, but those shadow builds they suck a lot, especially this season. Already tried. On top of that they removed the DR from ebonpiercer. Why even bother?
Read again what the boot says. It says X damage OVER 2 SECONDS! Guys, I am about to become religious here… OMG! There! I am now… Go ask your English teacher what X damage over 2 seconds means then we talk again, I guess…
Let’s assume X = 100
Now my question: If you split 100 damage into four ticks of 25 damage each, how much damage did you deal after 2 seconds? Is the total amount any different if you spread it over one tick, two ticks or 100 ticks all happening in a two second window?
If you knew even a bit of what I am doing, you would know I am against the meta slavery. No, but shadow builds on the necro are the worst. I play them every season. Not only necro is bad, but shadow builds are LOL. I mean, come on… What other game forces you to scale DoT with crit?
