Does Cataclysm activate Electrocution 20% buff?

As title states does Cataclysm get the lightning bolts and dancing bolts to activate the 20% buff for Electrocution? Thanks.

no, the lightning spawned by cataclysm is not considered with the “lightning bolt” tag.

For sure. That’s what I figured. Looks like with the ptr update the ring will give it the lightning bolt effects
