Does Brawling Cooldown Reduction Include Both Kick / War Cry Cooldown Reduction?

Hello,

I just want to confirm if you choose Brawling Cooldown Reduction, if it applies to all of the Brawling skills (Kick and War Cry, etc.), only at a lower percentage? I don’t want to brick an item trying to get the specific one I want, if I at least got something that covers them, even at a lower percentage!

If you go to Tempering->Resource->Brawling Efficiency, it has the following options:

[6 - 8%] Brawling Cooldown Reduction
[10.0 - 15.0%] Kick Cooldown Reduction
[8.0 - 12.5%] War Cry Cooldown Reduction

I’m assuming this is the case, since Brawling Cooldown Reduction percentage is much lower, but is at least more inclusive.

I also wasn’t able to see where I could see these cooldowns!

Yes, as it suggests in the name, it applies to all Brawling skills.

Yes but please be advised there is a cap on Natural CDR. This means anything Affix related to reduce the CD of a Skill is capped at 75%. This does not mean you cannot exceed that with alternative mechanics such as Rage of Harrogath, Marshal, Hectic, or for Brawling Skills, Bear Clan Berserker’s Aspect (which you will need to look up how it works because it is confusing AF how it is written).

Would it be nice if there was an actual Blizzard Character Planner Tool via web and app that showed real values and explained this? Yep. Fat chance of that happening though.
