Does Aspect of Shattered Stars Stop Enhanced Meteor From Working?

I need to go record play footage to make sure, but back before I got Aspect of Shattered Stars I remember being routinely surprised when it would go off and a second cast occur. I do not remember having that feeling since equipping Aspect of Shattered Stars.

Should be easy enough to test, but thought I would ask to see if anyone else had noticed and knew.

Unrelated but I’ll say this, I was experimenting with using meteor enchant for immobilize and burn with ice shards and it was going off like crazy. The problematic part is to get it proccing on almost every cast of shards you also need FBolt enchant.

I might mess with it more sometime.
