I was wondering if i can check my theorycrafted builds on PTR, but i dont know if it works as a proffesional ptr where you can get insta 100 lvl + whatever items you desire or you are just unpaid alpha tester with leveling included?

no, in diablo i honestly have no idea, and when i tried to select it in bnet it asked for installation, so i dont know if i wanna install it or not.
Usually in games PTR is just dev server where you can get any gear you desire and max level character in order to test things out.
Diablo S4 PTR was 2 months ago and is now closed and no players have access.
man i wish i could just host my own d4 server…
