Spending all your Baneful Hearts is beyond annoying if not basically impossible. I would hate for the game to have yet another unused resource. Please do something about the usefulness of this resource or just remove it.
One suggestion to mend this could be to make the Accursed Ritual a once per Helltide timed event (like Legion or World Bosses), where you could spend all your Baneful Hearts and get rewards according to the amount spent.
The only time when I had an abundance of hearts was before I started farming Maiden.
Now my stock of hearts never get over 50, as I often end up chain farming Maiden solo (playing at weird hours), and at 3 per summon, I’m always running out of hearts.
And that’s with me going off and opening chests with 1k+ hearts each time.
If anything I wish the hearts were more plentiful. People who have too many hearts probably simply aren’t summoning enough, or play at times when there are always other people around sharing the cost.
They nerfed the drop rate of hearts for S5.
Either you’re trolling or you’re playing the game wrong if you are complaining about how many Baneful Hearts you have.
Anyone in the know, knows those rituals are the best way to easily get Ubers. That’s your only hint if you aren’t already aware.
Come spawn maiden a few times it’s only the best way to get loot in the game, Im literally always out of them

I see the argument here, but if it requires me to play at weird hours to spend my hearts, that is a weird game loop in a game trying to encourage social encounters. I only play at peak hours basically and spending 0-1 heart per run is disheartening at best.

Never heard of that before, maybe I will take a look into it, but I doubt it beats farming Uber bosses in 4 man party. Thanks for the tip. ^^
How many hearts do you have? So many times there’s 4 or 5 other people around and I’m still spending 3 hearts because they’re all either lazy or cheap.

Well you are getting your wish, they nerfed drop rate in PTR and they are much, much harder to get. Maiden was fun and was a way to team up with random people… Wouldn’t want that in your always online game.
Eh, I prefer doing the accursed ritual solo. Much more fun. I’m always happy when I find one unoccupied.
I suspect these are going to be an issue in s5, hopefully not as bad as stygian stones but nobody will be spamming the blood maiden
This is your big issue in S4? You have a lot of a useful resource that doesn’t use any storage space? Are you even playing the game? There are so many actual problems. This is like going to the beach and complaining that the ocean is too big. Get a grip.
