I recall that in previous seasons, I could get Scattered Prisms from Nightmare Dungeons.
This season, I’m finding that I’m constantly running out of Scattered Prisms, but I’ve been doing Nightmare Vaults way more than Nightmare Dungeons. I’ve been doing about the same number of World Bosses this season as previous ones.
Is the problem that Nightmare Vaults don’t drop Nightmare Vaults? Or has the drop rate been lowered this season? Or am I just getting unlocky with a lower drop?

There are two main methods for gathering Scattered Prisms, but you can find them from a few different sources, although at a lower drop rate. Treasure Goblins, World Bosses, Elite enemies, and Dungeons all have a chance to drop Scattered Prisms, with the first two sources being the most efficient options.
I thought I’m the only one, I suddenly ran out of this in S3 which didn’t happen the previous 2. Can’t even punch holes now.
