Do legendary aspects stack?

I have two same legendary aspects I’d like to stack.

Aspect: When your Core Skills do critical damage your attack speed increases by x%.
One is 40% other 24%, will my attack speed increase now by 64% if i wear both aspects?

Is it possible to wear items with same legendary aspect and for it to stack?

They do not. If you equip two of the same Aspect, the one with the lower stat will be greyed out.
