I been stuck in the queue system now with it just circling no number nothing just queue with it circling for about 45 minutes now…
Terrible part is they Knew exactly how many would be logging in today adding a standard last minute buy variable factor roughly within 10,000 accounts I’d guess at best and it’s Still a green tech newbs first day on the job evolutionary server management… Guess the accountants shoved the first 100mil in his frunk and handed the IT guys a $20…
Should I restart though?

No, do not restart the game if you are waiting in the queue. That will reset your spot. Our developers are aware of the server performance issues and are already getting them under control. Once they do, they will increase how fast players can get into the game.

Thanks for the update mate. Just FYI for anyone reading this between me and my mate the queue time seems to be about double the real time to log in. Just under an hour ago my queue was 117 minutes, currently 21 left.
I have been in Q for almost 5 hours now… I got in on launch played to lvl 4 and got booted been in Q ever since… any recommendations?

This worked for me. I tried for 11 hours to get in and read on here that someone made a new blizzard profile and it worked, but I didn’t want to do that but it made me think that I was getting the “QUEUED…” wheel because my accounts was still “logged in” somehow.
Anyhow my friend signed into my PSN account on his PS5 and I signed into his xbox account and we were both able to get in on each others blizzard account quickly. Then we both logged out properly and switched back to our own accounts and WE WERE IN! Seriously it worked for us. It may just need you to log into another blizzard game, but I didn’t try that, I just tried a different platform login. Hope this works for you and see you slayin some demons soon!
Well some of us player got to log in at the very start of the beta and were kicked and now we are stuck in an infinite queue screen what do you say to that? Oh not leave the queue. So what we can set idly by why our game screen sits for 17 18 hours at a time and do nothing. So what’s the fix for that anything? I doubt it You guys don’t care about console players anymore.

Try again, you accidentally answered on the Xbox forums instead of the computer ones. While we appreciate actually receiving any response at all, this one is woefully misinformed. There are people who have sat on that screen for 12+ hours. I sat on it for 7 hours straight yesterday as well as other 15 min+ tries. Meanwhile peeps have been in, disconnected, then got in again after sitting through the normal queuing process. That screen is a kiss of death, once you get there and sit for more than a few mins you are never leaving.
At least acknowledge the real problem and make a post people can watch for a resolution. Having people sit for hours on a meaningless screen is just cruel.
Unfortunately this is not a fix for consoles endless q after the timer…it’s an issue of the the accoubt can’t log back in. Please address this issue and gives us a proper update.

Wow, you are so wrong. How on earth did you guys NOT see that after being booted, no one can get back into the game.
