I’ve heard from multiple sources different answers now, so I’m interested in if anyone tested this and has a 100% sure answer.
Do legendary aspects stack?
No.
I’ve tested it, and it only takes the strongest one equipped. The other If I remember correctly will be greyed out.

They do not stack, and as @Gryphonv mentioned; the aspect with lower number is “greyed” out, that way it’s clear which one is active.
even if it isn’t greyed out it’s too hard in this game to tell if it is actually stacking because there is no combat log
I have equipped legendaries that gave essentially the same buff like % chance to increase basic attack speed and they were not greyed out, but also couldn’t tell if it chose not to activate a piece
