Purchased on June 10, 2024 on [XBOX] while in game thru the in game shop pop-up. Content missing. I checked my bank and the funds were in fact spent. I even have the digital receipt. Note: the content is not showing up in the game’s add-ons menu in xbox either. It’s blank.
(My Speculation:) The in game shop purchase led to the content being delivered to Battlenet PC accounts instead to the XBOX.
(Edit -Confirmed:) It sent the DLC to my PC Battlenet app… instead of my [XBOX]. I made this purchase WHILE ON [XBOX]!
Why Battlenet … why?
I put in a support ticket. I hope this is resolved.

I completely understand how frustrating it must be to have purchased the Diablo IV: Vessels of Hatred Ultimate Edition through the in-game shop on your Xbox, only to find that the content is missing. You’ve done everything right by checking your Xbox add-ons and verifying the purchase on your bank statement. It’s concerning that the content is appearing in your Battle.net app on PC, but not on your Xbox, especially since the purchase was made directly through the Xbox in-game shop. Let’s see what we can do.
So after checking through the account, based on the screenshot that you have thankfully provided us with, and the order itself, we found out that you have accessed the Battle.net website and purchased Diablo IV: Vessels of Hatred from it and when purchasing from our website it goes as PC version of the game.
Furthermore, if you wish to purchase on your Xbox, you should access your Xbox shop and not battle.net website.

Im in your same boat just sent the email. Didnt have dlc when i logged on, asked me to buy it in the shop. Which I did before, and I know for sure I did because I have been wearing the gold preorder wings since they came out. They coded it goofy but its our fault somehow lol
Same here bought Ultimate Edition on 23 August, I have the skins but the expansion is not fully activated. I see the content is unlocked but can’t create a new Spiritborn character. The Xbox Microsoft Store allows me to purchase it again?
Not sure if it has to do with Game Pass has the base game as well. Tried to open on PC but the same over there.
I’m having the same issue, and I don’t even have a PC, bought from Xbox on the console. I am beginning to think they knew servers would be overwhelmed, so they staggered unlocking it!!
Mine will let me play the new campaign, then kicks me out & says I can’t access this location without owning Vessel of Hatred. I bought the expansion; I have all the DLC that came with the ultimate edition. this needs to be fixed.
Ask for refunds. The incompetent CS response should tell you that they’ll just ignore this, and the longer you wait the harder it will get to get your money back.
This is happening to me as well. Purchased content through the in game store on July 30th. The ultimate Edition and now the DLC is not showing up on xbox. After seeing this thread lord and behold i check my blizzard and I have it on PC. One I dont have access to a PC right now and 2 I wanted it for xbox. I literally bought from the in-game store in Diablo 4. I need this DLC transferred or I have to get my money back from the bank. Not asking for a refund I just want my DLC where I bought it.
