DLC not working on Xbox

I bought the bundle, base game and dlc, I made sure that in manage games and apps that the dlc was checked and installed, but it’s not registering that I own the dlc in game. I can only preview spiritborn, the cosmetics aren’t unlocked, etc. It’s a little frustrating.

Are you able to create a Spiritborn character at all?

What does it say on the Expansion tab?

Can you verify your license with Blizzard on Battle.net?

As far as I know, neither the base game of Diablo IV nor the Vessel of Hatred includes any cosmetics? That requires at least D4 Standard Edition and Vessel of Hatred Deluxe.

I bought both Diablo IV Digital Deluxe Edition and Vessel of Hatred Ultimate Edition for Xbox during the trial period a couple of weeks ago.

It was quite tricky to actually see that my keys for the versions above had been activated within the game (especially for the base game).

Also, some unlocks don’t show up until some (un)specific progress has been made within the game.

In the end I even got all my rewards from the Server Slam (Beta) and all Preorder items! But it seemed as my Diablo IV Base Game on the Cross-Gen Disc was just ignored the whole time during the trial.
