I played the standard version on both PC (BattleNet) and PS5. I bought the ultimate DLC package on PSN and expected to play on both platforms as I did. However, after the release of the DLC, although i can play fine on PS5, i cannot unlock DLC on PC or even use the character i created on PS5. All DLC contents are not avaialbe on PC platform unless i purchase again the DLC expansion. This is insane. Please tell me how to address it.

Yes, I have the same issue, it’s ridiculous. Bought the game and dlc on xbox, then tried playing on pc and I can only play base game, seriously pisses me off. I refuse to buy the dlc again, I really hope blizzard fixes this.
There won’t be a fix. This is working as intended.
wish I could just use the in game cosmetic currency to buy the expansion on pc too, or burn the 2 battle pass activation passes available. I definitely won’t make this mistake again. I thought I only had to have the base game on both platforms. It is intentionally misleading until reading it on the forums. At least multiple accounts on console can take advantage of the expansion and base game, not sure if that works on PC.
