Anyone else think there is not enough visual indication between elite and trash mobs. Especially in dungeons if your trying to hunt elite packs unless your watching health bars most times I can’t tell the difference.

I foud it pretty obvious the ones teleporting and casting all the monster affixes were the elites.
People complained that the colorful indicators in diablo 3 made the game too cartoony and silly.
I don’t feel like its too hard to tell though, they have little buff icons under their health bars indicating their abilities.
