Since night before last I’ve been doing nm dungeons lvl 35+ collecting distilled fear bottles. Last night when I had enough I crafted the nm dungeon glacial fissure and was near the end of it and oh joy network disconnect.
So this morning I started over collecting the distilled fear and after over 20 runs I have six bottles. Those came from the first six I ran and since then it’s been 14 now going on 15 where there’s been zero distilled fear drops. Has anyone else has, or have had? similar occurrences going on? Thank you

Same here. I was getting them every time upon dungeon completion, until i had 7 then couldn’t get any. I logged out, and logged back in. Then ran another dungeon and started getting some. Not sure if it’s bugged or just RNG, seems bugged…

Stuck at six here as well, on PS5 though (as if that appears to matter). Did someone bug report it?

In a couple days we get a Training Dummy and a quick reset for paragon, they might fix this too I don’t know.
Wow and I really hope this is a bug, you need to get 9 of these already to spawn the boss, did 5 runs now, got 2 distilled fear, one trembling hand(!) WTF? and 2 times simply nothing, are we supposed to run 90 NM to get one boss run? How is the casual player supposed to see all content like that?
It’s the same for living steel… It’s gated behind a timebased content and you need freakin’ 300 cinders to get 3 of them… I mean really, what is this? At least make Helltide the same as the blood harvest events, always happening and let us take over cinders to the next one. Oh and don’t remove 50% on death.
Otherwise most people can only watch streamers doing 150 Duriel runs a day, while the usual player don’t even get a chance to see him once…

same bug, stuck at 6 distilled fear bottles, never got more
I got some to drop last night in a level 50is NMD.
I’ve been farming 50-65 NMD and they are dropping pretty regularly for me. Maybe I’ve been lucky?
I’m more than 10 in and not a single drop of distilled fear. The game is still crap.
I have done MANY nightmare dungeons over NM30.
I have a total of 3 Distlled Fear

I got 9 after ~35 NMD now. I’ve beaten Grigoire 6 times and have the mats for 1 more, Varshan 2 times and have the mats to fight him 16 more times, Lord Zir twice and have the mats for 2 more, and can now finally try The Beast in Ice for the first time. They need to tweak the Distilled Fear drops, not in balance with the others atm

Just wanted to add,… I’ve ran about 5 NMD over level 31 and haven’t received one Distilled Fear???.. Is the distillery broken or is this prohibition??? What gives Blizz?

Likewise please do something about the drop rate on these 10 NM +40 and only 1
Collecting those crafting mat is sucking the fun out of the game…
And waiting for a World boss for 3 hours just to miss his appearance because I was stuck in a NMD and forget sucks too… 
Related side story: I got 0 blood from the last 3 legions events I did…
i get them fine. i have 4 ice beast sigils and 60 distilled fear in my stash.
What about in the last 12 hours?

What level NMD are you running? Curious when the drop rates increases and stabilises.
right now just 55-60’s. they dont drop 100% of the time but id call it 80% it seems like
