Display blinking and sound cutting out

hi
so have this problem, that when i click to move my screens blinks for a sec and/or sound drops for a sec. usually both happen at the same time. game stops responding and sometimes crashes to desktop. but because the screen blinks i also have to potability that i click an icon on my desktop. which then starts.

started happening on my PC after they change the full screen option (in beta) to window full screen. before no problem. diablo is to only game that does this.
