Why is it that now when a mouse farts in the forest we get dismounted? I could be running to a helltide chest, world boss or just anywhere for more than 30 seconds and get dismounted. Having to stand around for 12 seconds afterwards just adds insult to injury. It wasn’t like this before… So how about stop trying to slow us down with annoying things like this? Plzkthx

Sounds like you need to keep the mouse out of the forest. That said, yes mount issues are back again.
I searched and I’m surprised that more people haven’t brought this up as an issue because of not only how annoying it is but because of how much time it wastes every time you try to travel anywhere. It’s completely unnecessary to be able to be dismounted this easy.

A hotfix is in the works for this one according to Fletcher. 
It stops for pebbles like it used to as well. The speed is terrible again as well, I can run faster than the new cat mounts.
On the collision issues it is affecting your toon as well, the new maps are terrible for thinking there is lag when it is you can’t “flow” around an obstruction and just stick to everything.

Lol yeah it is terrible in t4 as that literal mouse fart will knock you off every time! It’s supposed to be a war cat!

Mine tripped on a twig and broke its leg…so I had to put it down with my bow. The damn cat is next…misses half of my gold and other pickups…

I’m guessing they had it set to a numerical dmg variable and never adjusted it to T4.

Makes sense. But letting stuff like this go on for 3 weeks is unacceptable.

Now don’t quote me on this but I think a lot of the delaying of things being fixed are due to the hoops that need to be jumped for console updates. They have to send what they are doing to first be approved by them before they push it out.

actually correct. same applies to steam as far as i know for that matter.
Server side hotfixes can be done instantly, but nothing that requires a patch to download.

I haven’t made it to t4 yet, but I have seen my mounts scared meter be maxed as soon as I mount and not go down at all while I’m using my sprint and the first ranged attack that hits me dismounts me.
