Looking at the +4 rank to ALL SKILLS? Reduced cooldowns? Resource generation? You think these will end up stacking up to double the damage after calculating all of the build synergies? This is something I will be SO EXCITED to find!

I already have my REFUNDING and QQ thread typed up and prepared for my 1st Shako drop.
It’ll be worst rolls and minimum level/item power when I find one.

It’s okay I have my OMG I just completed the capstone dungeon at 43 why can’t I do this at level 1 when I first start the game unless this is fixed I’m refunding.

You players are crazy to me, or maybe just more careful. I play a lot of hardcore but I want to be pushing my build to it’s extreme at the start. I’ll be dead several times, and I expect it. Ashava chomped me first go. If I found a Shako and died on hardcore as my only toon, I don’t know if I would have the resolve to keep going lol.
Props to you hc players! Hc from the start is it’s own breed of gamer.

It’s all apart of the thrill, usually I play on softcore to start and then hardcore from then on but with the race I guess I’m just skipping my SC run all together lol

Shako was pretty easy to find in D2.
I stopped picking them up in single player after I filled an entire char with them 
Maybe they go with the D1 approach and make it obtainable through some kind of quest?
(preferably an extremely hard one)

But - We’re talking a different title and Dev philosophy.
Uniques in this title might be equivalent to HR’s(Ohm-Zod) in D2 for loot. That’s what I was basing my …pessimism upon.

They don’t.
Though you can get them from some kind of bounty quests were you have a certain degree of control about the item type you get as a reward.

Honestly not sure, I would assume there is probably a slim chance? But I mean can’t know for sure until we play or until NDA is lifted
I’m a fan of Diablo 2 drop rates, as I quit diablo 3 soon after coasting through max levels in every class hc/sc. I’m hoping Shako is one of the rarer items but either way I’m putting that crap on my head when it drops lol
