disconnecting when teleporting. from town town to hell tide, to the tree. it happened 7 time today in 3 hrs

this has been happing for a few months but it is supper bad now. i have turned down all in game video setting. uninstalled and installed. all driver and firm ware up to date. turned off ESET nod and nord vpn.
i get the black screen during the cut away.
