Disconnected with friend while defeating tormented Varshan. Uber unique staff dropped but wasn’t able to loot as i was disconnected. Upon logging back in, 10 items were in stash but not the uber unique. This occurred around 0200 on 8/17/24. Is there any way to look into logs and recover item. Please fix the order by which items are sent to stash. Uber unique, unique with greater affix, unique, legendary with greater affix, etc.
I had a similar problem. I just tped back to town to make some space and the staff was gone. Nothing on the ground, nothing in the chest.
I just experienced this same issue. I fought and killed tormented echo of Varshan (it took me like an hour and several deaths), and when I finally killed it, I looted the items on the ground and then the game disconnected me with some network error.
When I tried to log back in with my character, it complained about needing to save my character on the server side, and refused to let me log in. I restarted my xbox series x, and was able to start and login to the game.
Upon logging back in, my inventory was empty, but the challenge for beating tormented Varshan for the first time was complete.
I’m playing on an xbox series x on the seasonal realm, and my character’s name is Zhuul.

Had same problem right now during a duriel’s run, I dropped my first mythic Unique, tyreal might, I was disconneceted, and all my item in the inventory was lost, included the mythic chest!
