This morning 11/7/2023 at around 3:30AM EST me and friend downed Duriel and I received a double drop! I knew right away I got the staff because there’s no other staff drop for Sorcerer! I was ecstatic! I immediately posted it in party chat to my friend. All to find that my game crashes moments later. I need you to please check the loot table record for battlenet account yokeythebear#11361 on character Ubona. I logged back in and it was not there… not in inventory, not in my stash… Please help me recover this item. Please.
What platform? I was playing around 1 last night after I spent a half hour finding in my overfilled stash some boots with attack speed. After dialing them in with an aspect and vampiric I decided to test them in the “GREENFIELD” all was good until BAM! Two big black doors with an evil face and the logo show up up! So I left the game, came back all my stuff was there! Good luck, I will be tracking this!
I am on Playstation, specifically PS4. Yeah, I was super saddened as one should feel… I tried to capture the video but it only captured the footage when I logged back in. I literally posted the item in party chat to my buddy them BAM client error…. Backed me out to character screen and wouldn’t let me log in. I think I rushed it and it didn’t save because I exited app to reload it. But if I can somehow get ahold of someone they could check my loot tables… and clearly see I received the item!
I am getting annoyed with these crashes now. They make the exquisite blood drop only in world bosses and legion events which is quite annoying as it is for me as I can’t stay on for hours at a time. Just arrived at a legion event, 20 seconds before it starts my game freezes because I opened the emote menu to say hello to the others there. Now I missed the event and now about to log off for the day. Been crashing and freezing since the release of Season 2 with no fix in sight.
