Disc with 395002 error code :(

During play Diablo 4, i encounter this error code : Your character has not finished beying saved by their current game,or your account is otherwise busy. Code 395002
I purchased this game 3 weeks ago,i am lvl 29 seasonal char and now i can’t play because of this error.What can i do now?

the game started the latest update 1.3.4.50942 and installed without problem,but now i stay in queue at login sequence=start game pending…10 minutes passed and i still can’t logging

probably server is overloaded?
