When are they going to fix this problem of runes disappearing in trade or when dropped. We work long and hard for these runes. Especially this season when runes are so scarce. These are not dupes and were self-found. I dropped them for party member to pick up and they never hit the ground. Poof gone. Same thing happens when using trade window.

Unless OP is lying or mistaken about where those runes came from, it sounds like a trademark D4 “bug”.
Some of those issues are due to duped items. Could be because you bought a duped item.
