Disappearing rare elixirs

I’ve seen this bug in the Collapsing Cavern cellar (almost top right corner of the Fractured Peaks)
Steps:

  1. Find a rare elixir after purging the cellar (I had this happen with holy bolts and momentum).
  2. Pick it up.
  3. Press T to teleport away.
  4. Observe the elixir being no longer in your inventory.

That sounds like its a Quest item?

Except they aren’t. Check Elixir of Holy Bolts.

This is because it was a bug that they were in the game in the first place.
If you saw the mini map, the leaf symbol was there. These are seasonal items…
But there was no season4 in the PTR.
The bug wasn’t that they disappeared, but that they were dropped.
