I’ve got 46 Malignant Hearts, alchemist gave me 7 Hearts after converting Kazra Horns, but now I’ve got only 3 Hearts???
So 50 Hearts are magicaliy damn disappeared?

There is a chance that the alchemist got implicated in a duping scheme. Much like most of drug crime related busts, the overseas bosses remain untouched and the Sanctuary police were only able to bust the small time dealers to confiscate illicit body parts.

did you even look at the recipe before you foolishly did it? you spend more hearts than you receive. why would you convert them?

ya they implemented the khazra horn thing for converting mats and it is so stupid. the heart one is complete nonsense
