As I understand it, that item alone isn’t the problem. I am not sure what is - I tried to replicate it with identical gear but to no avail.
There are several tutorials already online mate if you want to replicate. That item alone is not the bug, it has to do something with dash but still all the infinite dmg comes from the totem so i guess if they disable the totem the problem is gone.
And if the problem is more complex idk man they getting paid to find and sort out these kind of problems, like seeing 500 rogues clearing 150 pit with lvl 25 glyphs should ring a bell to them
