Hi, this is most likely not Playstation exclusive bug, but bear with me.
So, I have Tempest Roar unique, allowing me to have Hurricane as a werewolf skill. I also have Mad Wolf’s Glee unique, making my werewolf a true form and boosting the ranks of all werewolf skills. And I also have the Dire Wolf aspect that modifies Grizzly Rage ult to become werewolf.
So my spell bar looks like this:
Grizzly Rage | Hurricane | Debilitating Roar | Trample | Claw | Pulverize
and when I use the ultimate the spell bars becomes this:
empty (ok) | Hurricane (ok) | Blood Howl (ok) | empty (should be Rabies) | Claw (ok) | Shred (ok)
So basically all of the werewolf skills gets assigned to a slot except Rabies. If I for example take off the Tempest Roar unique, Rabies get’s assigned to a Hurricane slot. So this is definitely a bug, where Rabies is not using a free slot of Trample, if Hurricane is a werewolf skill.

I have the same problem and I’m on PC. I’ve narrowed it down to the Tempest Roar helm by removing all gear aside from my weapon and Gloves (having the Dire Wolf aspect on them). With the Tempest Roar on, when I cast Grizzly rage, the skill bar does not switch to the normal Dire Wolf skill bar. When I take the Tempest Roar off it functions normally again.

I have a similar issue. I’m on PC.
My normal bar is Hurricane| Cyclone Armor | Blood Howl | Grizzly Rage.
I’m wearing Dire Wolf aspect gear. I also have something that gives me +2 rabies.
I do NOT have tempest roar.
When I hit grizzly rage, Hurricane becomes Rabies, Cyclone Armor and Grizzly Rage go blank and Blood Howl stays.
All fine.
I found a nice piece with Dark Howl aspect turning Debilitating Roar. So I threw a point into Debilitating Roar expecting it to replace Cyclone Armor and it doesn’t.
Here’s the really weird part. If I take off the Dire Wolf gear so Grizzly Rage makes me a bear. Not only does Debilitating Roar appear on my bar but so does Trample! I have no points in Trample for skills or gear. The tooltip even says not yet learned!
Now I put back the Dire Wolf gear and unlearned Blood Howl so it is not on my bar anymore. I used Grizzly Rage and not only does Hurricane become Rabies but now Cyclone Armor becomes the Blood Howl I don’t know!

So I figured out that it IS turning me into a Dire Wolf, but since Storm skills become Werewolf skills, both Cyclone Armor and Hurricane stay on the skill bar but there is not enough room for Rabies. I then realized I was no longer wearing Mad Wolf’s chest piece which meant I didn’t have a skill point in Rabies any longer. So I put a skill point in Rabies but I couldn’t get it to stick on the bar while in Dire Wolf form. I tried to switch to Dire Wolf form and then add it to the bar but no matter what I tried it didn’t work – it always changed the primary skill bar instead of the Dire Wolf skill bar. I think what they need to do to fix this is to allow an additional Werewolf skill to take the place of Grizzly Rage on the skill bar after it is cast – this will grant an additional Werewolf skill to be placed on the bar. Or just give us the ability to edit the Dire Wolf skill bar however we want. BTW - I’m on PC, so this problem is not unique to console.

Yeah agreed completely, allowing an edit of a Dire Bear/Wolf skill bar independently could solve all the issues imo. And yes, as I assumed that is bug is most likely not console exclusive, but the bugs section in the forums is strictly separated between platforms

Has anyone found a fix for this yet? Or has Blizzard actually acknowledged this as a bug?
Do you loose significant damage by not having Rabbies?
I’m having this same problem, so it is still not fixed.
Tempest Roar + Grizzly Rage + Hurricane = no Rabies even though when I am raging I have 2 open slots on my bar. Soon as I take the helm off and Rage, Rabies is back where Hurricane used to be. Moving Hurricane to a different slot does not fix it.
