Is it just me but Butcher (+15) in bloodied infernal hordes are way stronger than in bloodied Nightmare dungeon ?
While I can kill the same (+15) butcher in a few hits in ND, I am unable to kill him in IH ! Kind of strange…

The scaling does seem to be off a bit. I can often one shot the butcher in the blood soaked boss fights on T3 but in hordes I can barely scratch him.
Thanks for confirming. The difference is enormous (not just a bit
)
Yeah I noticed the same thing. In NMD butcher is paper and in horde like 1000% more dmg and hp. Its Blizz math ![]()
To be fair, if the The Butcher in Infernal Hordes didn’t have this level of hit points, you would see him probably 100x more in one run. ![]()
this is what’s called plot armor…
What’s the meaning of +15?
15 levels above you?
15 more armor?
+15 - this is what it is saying on the description of the butcher. See top-center when fighting him.
Thanks all for confirming there is somewhat a bug with this guy in IH…
yeah i noticed this early on, the maths must be wrong. its quite irritating as if i want to kill several butchers in infernal horde per round to get XP, i need to do in T2 LOL, while I do all other bloodied content (lair bosses and NMD) fast and easily in T4.
+15 means 15 pit levels (i.e. one torment level) above your current difficulty level
