Didn't receive the Coin after Successful Purchase (Err : 315401)

I didn’t receive the Coin, But the payment did go through.
Do I will receive the coin after the Dev has fix it…?
I can provide some screenshot for the error notification and PS invoice.

Do any fellow slayer facing a same issue…?
I’m currently on PS5.

It just happened to me, i bought my coins to get keys, now, i can’t get to my coins. I want my money back

Same thing jappened to me!! Twice bc i didnt recieve the first time so i didnt think it went through, and then i check my account, it pulled out twice and i still dont have anything!!! Im beyond pissed!! It was 2 charges for $168.78!!!
