i finished full season and didnt get the rewards looks awoken marrow sallet.
i boughted the blizzcon packet and disapeared all my rewards too! my horse and everything

No, they didn’t disappear.
They were mistakenly released early. There was a post on this:
-Client Patch - 1.2.0b Build #46384 (All Platforms) - October 20, 2023
Fixed an issue where bonus items from the Blizzcon Collection were granted early and displayed placeholder content.
Their fix was to un-release them to be then released around Blizzcon.
