Didn't get scroll of amnesia when opening Seventh Journey Cache

Hi Blizzard Support team

I opened my Seventh Journey Cache now but I didn’t receive the Scroll of Amnesia.
To my knowledge, one should always receive one as part of the contents, but mine is amiss.

Here are my details:
Username: SugaFree#2153
Character: Season 1 Necromancer

Please can you help?

Just incase you didn’t, did you check the consumables bag? That’s where it would go.

Thanks for the reply and good question!

Fortunately, the consumables tab was also checked at the time I opened the cache and sadly, the scroll did not appear there either.

Hope the Blizzard team can investigate and advise, as I was planning to use it to amend my build from sever to something more late-game proficient.

I have the exact same problem,also no scroll of escape as well. How do we get in touch with them? Also im lvl100 with all season completed and the rewards…except both scrolls.

I’m in the same boat. The scroll didn’t drop for me either when I opened my seventh journey cache.
