I am playing Rogue and I am at level 93 now.
However, I got many same unique items:
I haven’t gotten the Penitent Greaves.
So, basically, if a unique item drops, it has a high possibility to be one of the above items.
So frustrated and hopeless.

Hmm I didn’t get Temerites before lv 97. And Blood… something… bone spirit chest… first dropped for me at lv 93ish. I got awesome rolled Deathless Visage and Penitent Greaves relatively early on tho. But I don’t use Penitent anymore, got better rares.

I think if we get one unique, we will get more of them. Panther unique items we might never find.
Get used to it. Every class has a very limited drop pool for uniques. You will definitely find penitent greaves, and once you do, you are going to see it 394508 more times. When I first was going through wt4, I was always really excited to see the gold star on the map. Now I can’t even be bothered to go look - it will go in the stash where I can vendor it anyways.
On Rogue, here is what you will get:
Mother’s Embrace
Grasp of Shadows
Frost Burns
Word of Hakan
Cowl of the Nameless
Razor Plate
Windforce
Skyhunter
Condemnation
Asheara’s Khanjar
Temerity
Eye’s in the Dark
You will never, ever see anything besides these uniques, and by the time you get to 100 and play for a bit, you will have found at least 10 of each of these pretty quickly. You will have all of them decently rolled, and unique drops will cease to mean anything but getting some quick gold. Unique items like Doombringer and Shako - you will never find them because of how they are implemented into the game, so dismiss the possibility of doing so now. If you are frustrated about Penitent Greaves, don’t sweat it. I didn’t find them until level 98, and thereafter they proceeded to drop at an outrageous clip. I’ve probably found 25+ pairs of them now.
Just enjoy hunting for a unique that is actually findable while you can, because after you find a decent roll of each of the items I listed above, unique items instantly lose all meaning. They are worthless, boring, unexciting drops. The discord I am in did a drop analysis yesterday and it’s members have played for approximately 9.5k hours and killed over 1 million elites, and not one single person on the server has found any of the 6 unique items that are really rare. You will find the boots very soon because the pool of items that are actually findable is too shallow for you not to. I promise you.

i am 80’s & have about 20 unique items.
many are dupes. frosties, howl, pert, and the scythe.
still yet to see a single exposed flesh aspect. (thats the real unique to me)
