Its a temper and its still there.

I´m having the same problem, cant see the temper for frozen orb cast 2x

They took it away - now you have to chose “chance to cast ice blades twice”.

I guess it was replaced by chance to frozen orb hit twice. Same thing to all core spells of all classes.

yes but there isn´t a option for hit twice either for frozen orb
