Nope. And doubtful it will be changed.
Apparently they did away with exclusive full screen.

I agree this is a really annoying issue. If you want to use GPU features like DLDSR you have to change your desktop resolution for it to work in game. This is a basic setting that is in virtually every PC game that has ever been released. It’s even a setting in Diablo Immortal…
I have a very handy solution for this, you can use it to change the resolution ingame.
The software is called HRC (Hot Key Resolution Changer), choose 2 resolutions and set a hotkey for each. Again, you can switch between them ingame!
