During the dev stream did loot filters and/or search for stats/legendaries come up?
Yes in stash, not the one your looking for.
From what i heard from the stream (i watched it all live), loot filters are in their plans; search for stats/aspects in the stashes i’m not sure, i heard that they will be grouped/sorted by aspect type and stats., however, i don’t know if there will be an option to do a search, or maybe i missed it

No, they just ended up removing content instead of fixing things.

There’s a search field in your stash now and item’s affixes have been ordered for example, you’re not gonna see an item that has strength as the first affix and then another item that has strength as the 3rd affix. Each affix has been assigned a slot to make it easier to compare.
There is also a pseudo filter, all items in WT3 that are of normal quality will be instantly salvaged and drop mats instead. In WT4, the same thing will happen to Sacred items. Legendary items of any rarity that drop will not be salvaged instantly.
Basically, if you’re on WT4 and a yellow item drops, it’s guaranteed to be Ancestral.
Huh? They removed white, blue, sacred items, and low ip ancestral from the game at wt4 instead of making them useful like they do in every other ARPG.
Another lazy fix for s2, simplifying the game even more for casuals.

Lol this is also silly, i know its super rare but the best gloves i ever found were sacreds that i upgraded too ancenstrals.
Also did this a few times with amulets…
So in wt4 sacreds will be auto salvaged?
Im hopping this can be turned off.
But still what a silly mechanic! So i still have to click them!? But why!?
No, most likely removed just for higher world tiers, they are useless at higher levels, there is no reason to keep them at wt3 or wt4 when nobody use them; they are still available at lower tiers

No you didn’t, they didn’t removed the content, white blue and sacred items are still in the game

Loot filters will probably be added at a later date.
Instead they added things they could right now. WT3/WT4 loot that is insignificant will be instantly scrapped.
Normal/Magic/Rare/Legendary for WT3 and Normal/Magic/Rare/ Sacred Legendary for WT4.
Filters for stashes were added.
Most folks are trolls and wont give you adequate information. Raffaele is correct. OP there are just a lot of haters and salty gamers that want instant gratification, their loot, their game to be just copied.
Developers actually added lots of stuff this update, check it out on Oct 17.
They are removed from wt4. I feel like its pretty clear what i wrote.
Ok, I’m lost about literally every aspect of this post. You found a Sacred, and upgraded it beyond the 725 break point. That’s fine. But unless it was jewelry, there will always be an upgrade (weapons get more damage, equipment gets more armor).
As far as the materials, you don’t click them, you never have. If veiled crystal drops, it’s auto-pickup.
We also don’t know if there’s another break point or if they have been extended so that you cannot upgrade a Sacred beyond the last break point.
You didn’t write that they removed it just from wt4, you only wrote that they removed the content from the game instead of fixing things, wich is wrong, no content has been removed from the game and they are fixing things regardless
Alls i want is the ability to have the “stats” im looking for highlighted for me on a piece of equipment.
Hopefully these search functions allow me to do that, like the check boxes for the paragon boards are.
I feel like this should be an easy thing to put into the game from the small coding knowledge that i have.
Basically the “search” function better not be legendary only like D3
You can search for anything you like. Be it an affix or an aspect or a rarity or a specific name. If you want to search for swords you can do that, if you want to search by Strength you can do that also. You can search for uniques or specifically a “Temerity” or whatever you want. 
Ok well that spunds very nice, obvi still very mad that game didnt launch with this.
It haunts me to think of the time i wasted trying to organize rares and looking for leg aspects.
Swear i spent a whole 4+ hours on multiple occasions organizing. Setting up new builds and selling gear on discord.
Trading is a whole other topic im not happy about…
Hopefully we get more character slots aswell
