Whenever I see these types of attacks are happening I have to ask who has the reason and resources to do this and what is causing them to do it.

This primarily started after the S8 PTR. It could be coincidence. It is more than likely we will never know as it is rare to inform the consumer base of anything negative. My theories and speculations will remain as such.
