So a unique ring dropped and a few minutes later my account got temporarily locked.
After a few minutes i was able to log back on and to my surprise my ring was gone.
What the actual f are you doing?

It’s called a rollback. You got kicked from the server and the game still thought you were in game. I had it happen earlier, but didn’t lose any progress. It just ported me to a random spot across the zone.
Lol looked like you got trolled, but no it was probably a server reset and you were unlucky it rolled back before the drop.
