it gives nothing. truth is it doest give any willpower, it doesnt give any health, it doesnt give even single usefull stat, and now that there is new mythic helmet, tempest roar feels even more pathethic. can’t we just make its effect 5th spirit boon or something ?
or give it some +1000 willpower if you refuse…
5th spirit should have choices like
- make base werebear skils earth skills"
- make base werewolf skills storm skills
- make base storm skills werewolf skills
- make base earth skills werebear skills

I got a few of those, looked at the item, and vendored it. TR is a relic of a bygone era where stormclaw was actually good, and lightning on werewolf felt great. IMHO, it should give willpower, lucky hit, cdr. But the drastic overlying issue is that storm wolf druid is vastly overshadowed by stormslide.
Crone staff needs a rework in conjunction with TR too.

this is a build enabling item, stuck with the Mythic Helm issue…
same is true for Barb and Zerker helm, and for Sorc with the Meteor helm. and not 100 % sure the helm is required for Necro bone build also
with them even making more unique helms its a sheet show.
we will need to be able to have good old “Kani Kube” powers again and select a “weapon, armor, jewelry” soon if they have such limitations on these build defining items and make mythic chase items … why would we chase items that would brick our builds ???
